APOGEE Field Panels

APOGEE® system field panels or controllers organize signals exchanged between equipment (sensors, actuators, drives, equipment controllers, etc.) and translate those signals into data. The data can be instantly viewable, programmable and actionable at the controller via control and reporting software or remotely through the Web.

Our controllers offer the right balance of price and functionality to meet your existing requirements, while providing a pathway to adapt to future requirements. They operate stand-alone (without a personal computer or minicomputer) or networked with other field panels.

Modular Building Controllers (MBC)
  • Expand point (device) capacity for customization
  • Control remote building end devices (RBCs) and other systems

Modular Equipment Controllers (MEC)
  • Fixed feature set for a lower-cost solution when environments do not change often
  • Communicate concurrently with up to 100 MECs and other field panels

PXC Compact
  • Economical, programmable Direct Digital Control
  • Software configurable I/O points for more flexible and low cost controls


PXC Modular
  • Add software configurable TX-I/O modules to increase point count
  • Powerful controller capable of monitoring and controlling 500 points in addition to networks of Floor Level Network devices

Floor Level Network Controllers (FLNC)
  • Coordinate up to 96 FLN devices (sensors, actuators, equipment controller, etc.)
  • Communicate with only application-specific controllers (Terminal Equipment Controllers, Lab Room Controllers, Differential Pressure Monitors, etc.) or with FLN devices past the capacity of an MBC, RBC or MEC


Open Processors
  • The brains of MBCs and RBCs, and the communication center of the APOGEE system
  • Provide a microprocessor-based multi-tasking and integration platform, enabling many control functions to work simultaneously
