Modular Building Controllers (MBCs)

MBCs provide high-performance, flexible Direct Digital Control of a typical building's end devices (sensors, actuators, equipment controllers, etc.) and a wide range of other systems (chiller, boiler, fire/life safety, security, lighting, etc.).

Easy servicing: Snap-in components install and dismount easily without tools. You can change, expand and repair in most cases without shutting down your controller and disrupting operations.
Flexible and scalable: Selectable point combinations enable you to adapt and scale your system easily to changing needs.
Customizable: Integrate to other building systems (lighting, fire and life safety, security, etc.) or communication protocols (BACnet®, LonWorks®, Modbus®, etc.).

A Remote Building Controller (RBC) is available to serve the needs of a smaller, remote facility where dial-up communication is suitable.
