The RWF40 is the first and only single loop, temp/ pressure PID control on the U.S. market that is designed and engineered specifically for burner/boiler applications. Yes, anyone who wants a PID (Proportional Integral Differ-ential) control can buy one off-the-shelf. Outdoor Temperature Reset meets the challenge of optimizing building comfort and plant efficiency as the outside temperature varies. The RWF40 connects to a temperature sensor to calculate setpoint based on the outdoor temperature.

The RWF40 interfaces with building management and DDC systems. It accepts a control signal from a building management DDC system so it can factor in all building variables (weather, occupancy, time of day, etc.) to determine the most energy-efficient setpoint.
