Building Systems Procurement through the GSA

Under the General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedules Program, the GSA establishes long-term government-wide contracts with commercial firms to provide products and services to the federal government. The Federal Supply Schedules Program is authorized in FAR Subpart 8.4.

“The Federal Supply Schedule program, directed and managed by the General Services Administration (GSA), provides Federal agencies with a simplified process for obtaining commonly used commercial supplies and services at prices associated with volume buying.”

Federal customers of Siemens Building Technologies can order directly from GSA Schedule contractors or through the GSA Advantage! online shopping and ordering system. Federal customers benefit from shorter lead-times, lower administrative costs and reduced inventories.
